hi joanna ; PLEASE HELP ME :i'm a teen who had a history with anorexia so my mum won't let me eat little amount of food , during ramadan i lost weight and experienced bloating almost EVERY DAY and this is what i ate : for iftar i have a bowl of blended vegetable soup, 3 dates , 160ml of milk and a slice of whloe wheat bread with "la vache qui rit" piece of cheese ; for dinner a piece of whole wheat bread some kind of protein some yohurt and a carrot ; for suhoor i have one banana ,one plum , one peach ; 160ml milk and a slice of whole wheat bread with a pieace of La vache qui rit cheese. Is this too much to maintain weight of 45 kg ? thank you =)
