Hi, guys! I’m Seonkyoung Longest!
Welcome to my cooking channel (Food channel)!!
In this video I’m going to show you one of the most popular Korean cuisine, bibimbap.
Bibimbap rice with lots of various vegetables, protein(mostly beef), spicy gochujang sauce, and egg on top, and as its name “Bibim (Mix)” you mix everything together! It’s very fun to eat, everyone likes it because you can build however you want to.
It’s one of my favorite rice recipes, you’ve got to try out!

Got no gochujang what to do ????
is that not an unhealthy amount of sugar ? I'm only just learning to cool and want to eat healthy xD
I died when you stabbed the egg ????????
Kimchiiiii!!!! :D
Love your enthusiasm and your dishes look very good. If I can suggest something; it is very difficult at times to get the name of the ingredient you are using in your preparations. It is difficult to understand the exact name. Why don't you write the ingredient name on the your cooking videos so that it is easier for us to write the exact name down. Keep up the good work!
rewatching your old videos 🙂 I will definitely come back to this video when I buy gojuchang!
I luv you and ur dis
This is probably one of the best dishes in the world…since I eat mostly vegetarian I like to use tofu instead of the beef but I marinate and cook it in the same way. Heaven!
I really really like you! I've seen one of your videos in Facebook :Tasty and from then I keep on watching all your videos!! It is SO APPETIZING!! I love Korean Cuisine! :)
hate u 2
I like the song at the end
+Seonkyoung: I want to meal prep bibimbap. Can I cook the veggies in advance and just put them all together when I'm ready to eat? I find this pretty time consuming and I was thinking if it's possible to store the pre-made veggies for about 5 days. I'm pretty busy and I have very little time to cook. I just thought bibimbap is a good way from me to add veggies in my diet. :)
Wah!! You're so charming!
Ok, I'm only 2 videos in & def subbing. This was a bit healthier than some others I've seen (one was nothing but cheese, I swear), but, more importantly, keeps a lot of flavor & adds a lot of texture – which I love!
Perfect! Thanks again for the recipe ideas!
Your husband found a gem! Great editing too!
You're so adorable it's hard to tear myself away from your videos. 🙂
Thank you for such lovely content.
Lovely greetings from Indonesia ! The first time me n my family tried this dish @ a korean rest, we instantly fell in love……now, after watching ur video, we know how to make it in our own home (love ur accent, btw!). Million thanks 4 sharing, even though it takes long prep to cook, u really made it fun to do so.
I'm just in love with Korean food. Happy that you share your bibimbap recipe. Keep uploading more Korean food recipe, please ! Thank you, you are lovely chef at home :)
You're such a cutie Seonkyoung! re-watching all your videos <3
I'm Korean and I have been eating bibimbap and she didn't put bean sprouts or buckwheat slices and you don't put regular kimchi you put the stems of ponytail kimchi (just sayin)
What is the food processor you are using? I have been looking for one that has a large bowl and a smaller one instead of having a small processor for prep and sauces and a larger one. I am looking to combine them. Thank you!

just one question.. and why do koreans add sugar in almost every dish they make? i have noticed that salt is used less, and sugar is used more often. is it like people there eat sweet gravy instead of salty ones?
I m really a big fan of korean food and u help me how to prepare it , so glad to found ur channel 🙂 ★♡
This is my favorite korean food ^ it's so GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD but I don't add the red sauce xP when you can't handle spicy food ^

Omg you are so cute!!!!
Oh great! I researched YT for this dish and found your recipe. I had this dish from a Korean gourmet food truck in Los Angeles and I think about this yummy dish often. It came with this red sauce also so I'm glad you have the red sauce. This will be one of my staple dishes along with plenty of this sauce to store in my fridge for other dishes. TY!
the best Bibimbap I had was in Je Ju. Miss it so much, western food is not so tasty. I can buy the Korean ingredients from Germany, however the vegetables in here sucks.
Lol you are so funny. I love how you talk like if we are really there. If it's your husband recording you, he is one lucky guy. I subscribed with watching just one video, this one to be exact. ^_^/ I love Korean food. Thanks for making it easy. <3 ^-^/
