Rava Dosa is one of the most popular South Indian breakfast recipes.Crispy Rava dosa is most favourite dosa variety in hotels. So make this treat at home with the help of Chef Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients:
– 100gms of rice flour
– 100gms of rava/semolina
– salt to taste
– 3 cups of water
– oil
– 2 drops of lime
– pinch of soda bi carb
– onions
– cashew nuts
– green chillies
– coriander
Method:
– To make the batter add rice flour, rava, salt to taste and water, make the batter with a pouring consistency
– Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes
– Heat some oil on a pan
– In a pointed glass add the batter, add a pinch of lemon and pour it on the pan
– Add some chopped onion, cashew nuts, green chilies and coriander over it
– And Rava Dosa is ready to be served

Though I will follow yur recipe strictly with the tip given,I hv query as my previous trial of making it crisp hv nt been successful at all,rawa dosas I made were sticky on the obove crust instead,the inner side n outer too,I tried all way bt could nt get out of this prblm,would u like to give any advise on this Ruchi,I dont want the same thing repeated,nxt time.Pl help.
