You only need to soak the rice paper for 5-10 seconds. It will hold it's shape while you put in down and will continue to soften so by the time you've put all the filling in, it will be nice and soft to wrap. I also love adding mint in. Delicious.

You should try the spring rolls with parsley, cilantro, or mint. Or all three. Mom made these for me when I was little. So good :)

Very nice and looks awesome and delicious. However, watch using too much soy sauce in your recipes due to large amount of sodium content which is bad for health, and will ruin a "would be" healthy dish. Just a general tip. Loved your video and thanks for the great lunch ideas :)
