I just had this for lunch and it was SO GOOD! I only used baby spinach, black beans, corn(i cut off the cob), cheese, grilled onions and with salsa and ranch as the dressing!

Yes, I understand that for a wide audience of people this is a huge step-up. What I was attempting to point out, that was somehow lost in this long conversation, was "lead by example." Obviously, not everyone is able to afford organic food, however, ANY canned food is lacking and extreme amount of minerals and vitamins than just the lose vegetables that are found within the same supermarket. If one is trying to promote good health, proper food should be used THEN people can use their own subs.

From Sarah's perspective she is giving easy recipes that is a definite step up from a normal person's eating habits.
I understand what you are saying too. There are better options out there and I agree with most of your points. However, nutrition and eating habits is a spectrum. Even you don't eat "perfectly", I guarantee it. I eat at restaurants, drink sometimes, etc. But I also eat a lot of healthy stuff too. Do what you can and don't worry.
LOl, yeah my BMI is 24 but it needs to be lower like 18 or something.
