thanks it was informative and I learned a lot :)
Can you make videos of the how you cook the beans you usually buy.
Hi
How do you get full from any of that?
I really wish I could. For breakfast alone I eat 4 eggs, 2 toast, 1 tomato, 1 banana and sometimes some oatmeal.
Great grocery haul! Just one teeny criticism. There is a lot of packaging. I buy dry beans in bulk, oats in bulk, rice in bulk, lentils in bulk, craisins in bulk, pasta in bulk, spices in bulk. coco in bulk, and i use all of my own containers when I buy them. I bring my own containers/bags for fruits and vegetables and they are cheaper/more eco friendly than buying them in their pre-packaged containers. Often you are paying extra for the packaging. I splurge on bottled milk, which is not more expensive, but I make my own yoghurt with that which does end up being cheaper. Also make your own bread, that's much cheaper/healthier than buying bought bread.
Anybody know what is Fenoboci Diet Plan about? I hear lots of people
lost tons of weight with Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search
engine).
If you want to lose weight, you should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine. They will make it easier to get the body you deserve.
Great verity ! I won't touch white rice or pasta is bad for you, it spiked the blood sugar so I only eat high fiber brown rice and wholemeal pasta and not to oftern
Do you know whats in Bread's? I used to buy 100 % whole wheat Bread read your labels lady.
You save money with dry beans only, Milk is no good for you. Oh well I eat vegen some wild salmon 40z doesn't cost over 200$ a month
So yeah its hard and money is tight my budget is $150.00 per month but its just me. My shopping habits is a mixture of shop as I go, stocking up and buying in bulk because your needs change each month in regards to toilet paper, towelettes, napkins, water etc. Its just me and its my first month with this experiment. So I spent $160.00 this month Nov and only because I just moved into a new apt and my pantry needed attention in fact I didn't have a pantry in my last place but I had more kitchen cabinets. Love that pantry! Do you have one lets see your?
like the tips but waaaaayyyyy to much talking
I loved watching this video and hearing your tips and tricks! Keep up the great work :)
I need to a eat plant based diet due my Lupus so I really appreciate your list of recipes.
Love to see Wegmans products!! I work there so it is nice to see people enjoy our products!
how many in your family I spend 300 a month for my family of four
I'd love to see your meal plan for this selection. I find plant based eating very cheap for meals here in Ireland, I find vegan baking expensive though so tend to stick to dairy.
You know what I hate; when I go to the grocery store for something – just one thing and while I'm there just happen to come across a really good deal on something else and I get a few of it but wish I got more. Like the stuff that goes into sausage roll filling – butchers fudge it was discounted to like 1/4 of the retail price and I should have stocked up for 3 months worth or something. Not sure what you can do with that butchers fudge apart from making sausage rolls.
Instead of salty Soy Sauce….might want to try Braggs Amino Acids….tastes just like soy sauce…sooo low in sodium :)
great video , I am a new subscriber, I also make videos if you would like to stop by sometime. thank you:-)
The red lentil dal looks wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
freekah is and has been and still is a popular and commonly used grain in the middle east as well as Africa. I think it's only new to us here in the states. Great shopping haul. Can you do a video showing the different ways you use lentils? I really love them. Thanks
Yay! Hooray for this video! Keep em' coming! 😀
My husband made the red lentil soup tonight for dinner and it was so yummy!! He added ginger-garlic tofu and they tasted like mushrooms. Thank you for sharing!
This was so helpful, we eat mostly organic and it can be pricy. I always love to see how others eat healthy on a budget, thanks for sharing!
Hey, I buy Indian grocery often. Try yellow daal too, called toor dal. You need to soak for an hour and boil with water, mash it. Season , oil curry leaves and salt, coriander leaves, it's very yummy and healthy.
Hillary I would love to see more of your meal and snack ideas! Thanks!
Wonderful healthy haul! No matter what the video is about, you always inspire me.
What a fantastic grocery haul. Lots of delicious items for your upcoming meals. I appreciate you linking the recipes in the description box.
I eat plant based also, so I enjoyed this video all the more! TFS Hilary, and for taking the time to include several recipe links in your description section. Much appreciated!!
Just wanted to ditto the coconut aminos comment. ..great low sodium soy sauce alternative :)
Hi Hillary. I've been cleaning my diet up, too. Really enjoy your videos. You may want to do some research on wheat. I recently read that most regular wheat bread and cereals (non organic) sold in stores test positive for roundup weed killer bc it's bred into the wheat seeds now. I was horrified.
If you want to subs soy sauce you can get Coconut aminos. You right Indian Shops are really great to stock up like Rice and lentils as they use them in their staples too.
Thumbs up!! TFS!!
