Wild caught is natural for the body and farmed fish are fed non organic food, I catch wild all the time and it taste delicious and is better for your hygiene.

What is ghee?
i just read the comments about farm and wild fish.. there is a technique that is sold called pole caught. The fish is actually caught by a fishing pole, it is more humane that farm and wild. It is sold at trader joes, and it a bit more money, but Bret you should do a feature on it…get the awareness of other types of techniques of how fish are caught and sold. Not many people know about the pole caught being sold in stores. Just something to think about.
If you had to pick fish or chicken!? I really have never ate fish but just the look freaks me out. Also do you shop in one trip or everyday. What do you find easier to keep everything fresh?

What was the purpose of the basting oil and ghee for? Would just olive oil suffice? And also do the basting oil and ghee add more calories?
