oh wow this must be an American twist, I'm British and we only tend to use beef or lamb , depending on what you use this determines the name Shepard or cottage pie. never seen it done like this, love your channel

This is one of the most interesting recipes that I have seen for shepherds pie. I like the fact that you use a very lean chicken and then compensate with a little fat in the beef looks like it's delicious. Definitely putting this one in my repertoire.
