You know a year or two ago I asked for your advice on how to loose weight, I had a list of excuses and you just said if you really want it you will do it. I kind of took it wrong… that wow thanks no help…. but I started my healthy lifestyle Jan. 5th 2017 & it has clicked that advice you gave is soo true. You can have what ever excuse standing in your way but the only thing in my way was myself!! I am 30lbs down & have 49lbs left to loose woot woot!! 🙂 Thanks for the tough love I needed it.

Everything looks great and egg muffins are my FAV!!!! I actually have a video of making some on my channel too but it's looks super yummy too😋😋 I love that you can really add anything to the muffins and they still come out GREAT!!
