I cant believe people are arguing about the food she eats or how much she eats.
Like honestly i see that she seems perfectly fine and healthy and getting all the nutrients that she needs. You can clearly see shes not going anorexic and making sure she has enough food too keep her body with energy. Stop fussing about how much calories shes eating or not eating. Be happy and grateful that shes losing weight by eating healthy instead of not eating at all. And she being a human probably eats junk food time from time.

Hi, I'm fron Italy. In Italy everyone knows that you shoud never ever eat pasta in the evening if you're on a diet. It's wrong 🙂 You should eat pasta only for lunch.

I've never seen a diet that fits more perfectly with what my body prefers for foods. It's like all your portions are just correct and this is something it wouldn't be hard for me to do.
But…. is it good to eat pasta for dinner…? I thought it was not a great idea since it gives a lot of energy and its not good if you are going to sleep.
Great videos, although if I could recommend something, snacks are actually a good thing. Many people eat much more in the evening than they should because they don't eat regularly during the day. Something as simple as a carrot or a rice cake can make such a difference. Keeping metabolism high will help to shift weight and keep it off. Thanks for sharing and well done! at what time do you have dinner? It's just that every nutritionist always says that you shouldnt have carbs at night but I'm guessing you don't actually have dinner at night lol I'm spanis so I have dinner at 21.00 the earliest and 22.00-23.00 on weekends lol

I saw so many tips and ways how to lose weight but only with you I actually realized that it's not that unreal to do something for your body and you keep me motivated so much! These comments confuse me so much because that's like the normal amount of calories I eat in a day and I don't even want to loose weight it's just that i'm full and don't feel like i need to eat more… I mean I'm skinny and the same size as her but i'm totally healthy and my weight is fine so is it unhealthy or is something wrong with me?
