  Some of these videos are fast but I dont mind. I dont have time to spend watching long viseos. So short and sweet and to the point is fine by me. If its too fast for you just pause the video and write everything down. Its as easy as that.

  I miss the lady with the beautiful voice explaining things in full detail. I miss the other music intro. Please bring her back.

  That looks delicious, but I think the video plays too fast and you cannot hardly see the ingredients flashing on the screen. I think it should slow down the more you play it plus at the end the ingredients are listed but again it goes off so fast you do not have time to even write it down.
