RECIPE #1 – Raisin oatmeal recipe
Ingredients: ( for #1 β raisin oatmeal )
1/4 cup β oats
1 tbsp β raisin
1 tsp β pistachio ( powdered ) or almond
1 cup β milk
1/2 tsp β honey ( or 1/2 tsp raw sugar)
RECIPE #2 – Dosa & tomato chutney recipe
Ingredients: ( for tomato chutney)
1 tbsp β oil
1/4 tsp β mustard seeds
pinch β cumin seeds
2 β dried red chilli ( whole )
1 β garlic ( chopped or crushed)
pinch β asafoetida ( hing )
1 sprig β curry leaves
1 β onion (chopped)
5 β tomatoes
1/4 tsp β turmeric powder
1/4 tsp β chilli powder
salt to taste

RECIPE #4 – Rava upma recipe
Ingredients: ( for #4 β rava(sooji) upma )
1 tbsp β ghee
1/2 cup β rava ( roasted rava / sooji / semolina )
1 cup β water
salt to taste
2 β tomato ( chopped)
1/2 tsp β ginger garlic paste
pinch β asafoetida (hing)
1 green chilli
1 sprig curryleaves
1/4 tsp β mustard seeds
Spices:
1/4 tsp β turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp β chilli powder,
1/2 tsp β coriander powder, 1/4 tsp β cumin powder,
1/4 tsp β pepper powder
RECIPE #5 – Egg ( boiled & omlet )
Boiled egg:
( Serve 1 egg for 2+ toddlers & kids )
Cut hard boiled eggs into small pieces
Add a pinch of salt & pepper.. and serve warm
Omlet
Beat 1 egg with a pinch of salt & pepper
Heat a pan and add some oil or butter
Pour the beaten egg and cook untilΒ the top looks cooked
Flip and make plain omlet .. or top with cheese slice and let it melt
Take out.. cut and serve for 2 β 5 year kids..
RECIPE #6 – Spinach(palak) paratha
Ingredients: ( for #6 β spinach paratha )
1 cup β wheat flour ( atta )
1 cup β spinach ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp β ghee
1 garlic β crushed ( small garlic or a small piece)
1/4 tsp β salt
water (as needed to make a soft dough )
oil ( 1 tsp β to coat the dough & 2 tsp for cooking paratha)
RECIPE #7 – Appam (pancake) recipe
Ingredients: ( to make appam )

1/4 tsp β raw sugar ( to sprinkle over appam)
RECIPE #8 – Rava idli & coconut chutney
Ingredients: ( for rava idli)
1 cup β semolina (idli rava)
1 tbsp β ghee
1 cup β yogurt (thick)
1/4 tsp β mustard seeds
1 tsp β urad dal
1 tsp β chana dal
1/2 tsp β ginger (crushed)
1 tbsp β coriander leaves
1 tbsp β coconut
1/4 cup β water
1/4 cup β cashews (chopped)
1/4 tsp β salt
Ingredients: ( for coconut chutney)
1 cup β coconut
1/4 tsp β ginger
1/4 tsp β cumin seeds
1 tbsp β coriander leaves
5 β shallots (small onion) or 1 tbsp onion
1 cup β water
tiny piece β tamarind ( or 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
salt to taste
For tadka/garnish:
2 tsp β oil
1/4 tsp β mustard seeds,
some curry leaves
1 dried red chilli
RECIPE #9 – Bread butter jam

1 or 2 β bread slices ( multigrain/ wholemeal/ wheat )
1 tsp β butter
1 tsp β jam
RECIPE #10 – Poha (aval) porridge
Ingredients: ( for #10 β Poha (aval) porridge )
1/4 cup β poha ( I used β brown aval / poha β )
1 cup β milk
1 tsp β crushed cashew ( or almonds)
1/2 tsp β raw sugar ( or jaggery )
