  • Maybe potatoes affect transverse colon: gets sticky and lymph tries to eliminate, I dunno.  Acne, something is 'irritated'!! I love potatoes too.  And chick peas: I buy dry ones and soak them overnight, then steam them and they are so so much better than canned.  Eat them on a salad and it processes better, really.  Thanks for the short vid!!

  • I feel like you don't stick with one diet long enough to see the results. healing and results take time. it's not always good to skip around to different protocols because that confuses the body and mind. you're chasing the outcome looking for quick results instead of creating long term lifestyle habits of raw living foods and letting the body do what it needs to do slowly over time. just my 2 cents 🙂 and what I've noticed on my own journey. especially the first few months of a raw vegan diet may feel like you're getting nowhere and then things start to balance out and begin to rebuild..muscles, fibers, cells, organs, glands. but first we need to breakdown to rebuild. accept and cherish that process but give it enough time to happen before stopping it 🙂

    if you r like me try "rigorous" keto and eat ONLY avocados (with the pit removed thats pretty much exactly 1 kilogram of avocado goodness (8 avocados/day)) (and NOTHING ELSE – it somehow fits ketogenic requirements perfectly) black skin avocado > green cuz more fat
    if thats not enough calories (u dont feel satiated) u can remove 1 of the daily avocados with some sort of fat/oil blend that tastes good to u:
    like for example coconut oil + grapeseed oil or some shit like that and mix it with all the avocados
    its probably also better to not eat all of this stuff at once as your ability to process carbs atm (if u r like me – and i see similarities in u compared to me) is pretty compromised – eat it in 3 meals (2-3 avos/meal) thruout the day for 1 week
    u should be able to see a significant difference within 3 days (if u r like me u wake up in the middle of the night and feel energetic af and ur libido goes way the fuck up)

    if the vegan part isnt as important for u (i think it is since ethics have infested ur mind) u can also eat super fatty cheese like mascapone or extra fatty pork belly (hmmmmm i like me some pork belly)
    since u r deprived of protein id generally recommend u to start this avocado thing with a day full of protein since the adrenals on the "glands scale" are already higher up in the hierachy" or with other words – ur tasties/libido probably doesnt work as well as they technically could (since this is a pretty private matter i dont care if u dont respond – i just wanna help)

    and as u calculated before: humans do like themselves some protein! despite all the blabla of dr greger and co humans take in protein until 1.8g/kg (which corresponds just perfectly with the baby milk thingy u (and me!) calculated a few weeks back)
    igf-1 tmao heterocylcic amines dAGEs transfats and the other supposed "shit" may have a deeper health related meaning than what science knows today – it might be reasonable to assume that not all of our caloric intake is supposed to come from animals lol but come on our ancestors ate the stuff too and its just delicious…and our requirement for a certain amount of protein (which is hardly to come by with fruit) and our requirement for dha and epa shows we have damaged us in a way and that there is no turning back – make the best out of it
    ive been vegan for 2.5 years (6 months of which i was raw) and my health was better on raw (but still far from perfect) than it was compared to what greger suggests (and yes ive seen all greginator vids at least once…if not more) – i know what SUPPOSEDLY is supposed to work but it doesnt (i think it was mainly due to me eating like 40% fat during my raw phase and the enzymes that i got thru eating all that raw stuff…rather than the food's "rawness") – juice fasting (which is high carb) messed me up thereafter
    its about being reasonable when it comes to food and see what works for urself! – ancient civilisations ate 25-35% protein and they werent liberal transgender feminist leftist fags im tellin' you!

    adrenal fatigue/tiltedness is real and it messes with ur whole metabolism
    the protein requirements r virtually unreachable with plants – only with like some exotic bullshit plants or disguisting nettle/dandilion juice (yea good luck with that bullshit)
    to fix health related issues its probably best to do a yearly 30-40 day fast to go into deep ketogensis and burn up the fatty streaks which may have accumulated in ur arteries over that one year (luckily we vegan folk probably r ahead in that ballgame – deficient in other ones tho)

    later on its for u to find out what caused the adrenal fatigue in the first place since this is (somewhat) obviously no longterm solution
    (i think u somewhere subconsciously know its the ppl around u that tilt u the fuck down – even if u didnt admit it it is probably the reason u r going to move in the first place – im certain that that is what it is for me at least and since we have similarities im pretty certain to assume this shit)

    if the stuff i wrote before is already too much for u skip this:
    from what ive tried (might be bullshit and i might find out something just one day after writing this which throws all of this on its head)
    testicular gland "power" corresponds to higher protein intake and testicular/prostate stimulation and errection
    adrenal gland/pancreatic "power" gets depleted by carb intake and coffein and restored by fat intake
    (really not sure if it is the adrenals or the pancreas and which one likes which macro nutrient…what ppl call adrenal fatigue probably in actuality is "pancreatic fatigue" since the pancreas is hierarchically (but not location-wise!) higher than the adrenals since it is required for "less-dense" matter processing…………………….protein (1)-> fat(2)-> complex carbs(3) > fruit(4)-> vegetables(5) -> water(6) ->nothing(7)) < dont quote me on this lol
    you can look up chakra stuff online which somehow overlaps beautifully with this – with other words: by doing fastings and such we nourish our "higher self"… but we shouldnt forgot our "lower" selves in the process…its like playing a game and trying to do level 6 or 7 when lvl 1 isnt mastered yet…..which is a stable income/own home/security etc etc.

    i didnt find out all the intricate things yet that work for myself (and why they work…and not even if they worked 1 year from now) but we have similarities so i hope this retardedly long comment helped at least somewhat

  • Try just using salt instead of ketchup. I was so addicted to using condiments on my potatoes all the time. I make them mashed and sprinkle a little pink himalayan salt over the top layer and eat them now without condiments. Also another good recommendation if you wanna use a condiment try Coconut aminos they are a soy alternative and has just coconut and salt so its pretty clean its pretty decent it just has more of a sweet taste. The tomato based condiments, don't get me wrong, are so tasty but they don't food combine with the starches. Tomato and the vinegar in them suspend starch digestion, that might be whats causing the break outs. Plus undigested food in the gut wreaks havoc in the intestines. Condiments are the toughest things to get rid of but you def can do it. Good luck!

  • How are you cooking potatoes dr. Greger had a reason video about acrylamide on the cooked skin. I use a pressure cooker but you can also steam it or boil it sometimes I use air fryer. Also what brand ketchup are you using you should check out the ingredients maybe a different ketchup will work.

    Some hummus are served with chickpeas and you basically have a hummus salad which is awesome!
