Choose an oil with a high smoking point, use a food processor for more uniformed chopped onions and place the patties in the pan by setting the side closes to you down first. That eliminates the oil getting on you by splattering away from you.

can I make these patties one time and refrigerate it, so that I can use it for a week period?
I find it difficult when I mix with egg and refrigerate it then later when I fry, it's not giving me the same taste as the first time.

About to make this now i love the idea of the oats instead of flour plus everything is already available in your kitchen
I know this video is old but I have one tip for you, when you're fraying something, try no to use a low smoke oil like olive oil, because it will burn the food and splatter all over (like it did), try to use canola oil or a vegetable oil next. Good video, I'm trying this today.

I was wondering whether you could give me some more detail into your meals and diet during the first weeks/month of when you began such as calorie and carb intake as I am slightly un-sure whether I am not eating enough or too much ?

A nice tip would be to include the price of all the ingredients cause a lot of people look for relatively low costing healthy meals

Hey this stuff looks amazing, I'm going to try this at home tonight. I've being doing a P90 routine for awhile and have cut calories for about 3 months and lost 25 lbs, which has been life changing. In a desire for a workout change seeing your reddit post, I am adding your weightlifting routine into my workout, however I wanted to ask if there are any negatives to using a smith machine when doing inclined/flat bench press and deadlifts/squats? The gym I am currently a member (Planet Fitness) only has smith machines.
