Love the lentil loaf recipe. I was planning on making a different "Beef Wellington" recipe i saw so I was at the store looking at the Pepperidge Farms puff pastry and yes, it is "vegan", but it has hydrogenated oil and high fructose corn syrup and says right on the box that it contains "Genetically Engineered Ingredients". No thanks. I'm sure they have something better at Whole Foods.

Thank you so much for the video, I love the vegetable combinations and it looks delicious! In a couple days I'll be making Hot For Food's vegetable roast which is actually really similar to this one, but she uses more mushrooms (which I hate) but you've given me some amazing ideas on what I can sub the mushrooms for!! Some lentils and soaked walnuts sound perfect!! Maybe some tofu as well for some more protein for my fiance haha 🙂
