so I'm a noob to cooking, but why do you need to add tomato paste if you already have crushed/diced tomatoes?

Is there any substitute for the chia seeds?
suggestion: fry the curry paste with the onion instead of just adding it with the coconut. It's supposed to make it more fragrant

I'm allergic to apple so I think I'm going to try the bars with banana. I'm also allergic to tahini which is super hard to replace and not get a totally different flavor, but I might try sunbutter.
I'm allergic to peanuts, but will try natural sunbutter in the curry stew!
Lastly im allergic to soy so no tofu soup for me 😂 but thinking I could make it and just add chick peas. Those are my savior. Anything that has tofu chunks I'm just like well, time for beans lol!
