I find it easier to just add the oats and then the powders in a saucepan and the mylk/water and bring the boil .. super fast.. then top with fresh fruits/ nuts/ granola

I love porridge/oats… And i Love you ASHY. You are so inspiring. I feel like although I am a stay at home mum, that i could be so much more present with my kids and my partner. My partner and i are on a 'challenge' aswell. No time frame attached but definitely have goals that we want to reach together and im loving the updates from you and Nat. So thanks for every video you post because i watch every single one, and i use your tips and recipes.
Just as a side note though, invest in some measuring cups. Im a baker, so i can see that when you measure out your ingredients that they arent really accurate.Cant wait to try these oat recipes out though! That chocolate one looks incredible ๐

I am 30 and I have an 8 year old daughter and two older step children. And working out helps keeping up with them, and I want to be such a good mom and someone for them to look up to. Following all the challenges on your channel is my absolute favourite thing to watch as well as all the recipes ๐. I love working out everyday early in the morning before uni. It really sets me up for the day and puts me in a positive mind set knowing that I have done something good for my mind and body. Breakfast is my absolute favourite meal of the day !
