I'm sorry for this very basic question, but I'm a widower still learning to cook for myself. I just bought my Instant Pot and wanted to make sure what's the best way to store the unit on the counter between uses. With the cover on or off, it may be a little while between uses and was concerned if it made any difference. Thank you for any help.
