I love all the food you make but some of the powder they are expensive for me my money is on the budget but i love all the food and thank you.
If only Thrive was here… all good though, there surely would be some sort of thing the same but with a different name here.

I was having issues with processing walnuts and almonds and learned from a friend that soaking them overnight and dehydrating them was the best way to enjoy and proccess them. She is right. So much easier on the digestive track. Have you tried nuts this way? Your videos are always inspiring. Thanks!

i keep looking at the MCT oil at Sprouts because you use it so often in your lattes. But I'm curious what you use it for. Do you mind sharing?
I do believe the saliva contains an enzyme that helps the digestion, which is also why it's good to chew for longer. But that goes for liquid foods as well, so it's much better to eat your smoothies (like smoothie bowls for example) instead of drinking them. Just a tip! π
Do you have IBS? I do and we're intolerant to a lot of the same things (gluten, raw nuts, etc).. Loving the videos!

I'm new to your channel. My daughter has had a lot of troubles with her digestive track and we have recently been encouraged to go vegan and gluten free. I was looking around for recipe ideas (this is a huge change for us) and stumbled across your videos. I am very excited to try some of these recipes. I love the taste of quinoa and she does too.
