Maryana! I did a hydrostatic dunk test and compared it a dunk from 2 years ago. My weight went up one pound. But I lost 9 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle, and lost 6% body fat. If I only went by the scale I would never have known any of this. Thank you for being an inspiration for all our weight lifting ladies! I'm feeling strong and empowered!
I love fruit and vegetables but what's sad is that i can't eat some fruit because I'm allergic and I'm also allergic to avocados. I did start drinking carrot juice just yesterday i bought a big one at Sam's☺ definitely going to try making some of these snacks😀
Instead of the semi sweet chocolate chips, try dove dark chocolate. It’s healthier and sooo good!!!
