Yeah, that looks awesome. BTW my mom is on keto. She's been on it 5 months since March. She went from 285 to 230 and still dropping. She no longer needs to take insulin. This lifestyle change certainly works.

Thank you for this recipe! Hemp seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds will be on my grocery list for this week. Of all the things I could miss from my pre-keto life, I truly think oatmeal is the thing I miss the most! lol. Does it thicken as it stands? I liked my oatmeal on the thicker side, so I was just curious. Do you think it would work if I used a little less almond milk?
