I like to make oatmeal banana milkshakes. Add 1 cup of milk + 1 banana + 1 packet of flavored oatmeal into a blender and run it on high. It makes a tasty breakfast meal on the run plus you get your daily fiber, dairy, protein and potassium in one big glass!
Heres what happened to me when I ate oatmeal…I got swollen joints n arthritis n it almost killed my dog!! Oatmeal is processed in plants that also mill wheat…which of course is sprayed with Roundup pesticide…a toxin!! So you're ingesting toxins!

I do more the oat bran, than oatmeal but I get your point. I like my oatmeal savory, so I do a pinch of salt and a bit of olive oil.
I could never get bored a good bowl of porridge.

I eat oats and cereal sometimes but I am not sure if they are really healthy. I read a book call Wheat Belly by William Davis that got me thinking. Because Davis recommends eating more meat, I started doubting him too. Who to believe and what to eat to truly live healthy. I aim for one or two days on the WFPBD and then add some meat and bread to my diet. I like cold oats with fruits.
How much will it take for weight loss if eat them everyday?? 3 times per day???

Great video, I’ve started having overnight oats and it’s been really great!
No need to prepare any breakfasts anymore just mix it all the night before and I just wake up and it’s ready to eat.
I add about a spoon of chia seeds that I let soak in water so it’s very jelly. Also a spoon of Greek yogurt some mixed nuts, mixed dry fruits and milk. Some mornings I add some maple syrup for extra sweetness haha! Definitely a breakfast worth a try for a few weeks. Ive surely noticed an improvement in my wellbeing.

I just started waking up with outs in my day. I prepare it by putting outs in a bowl. adding 2%milk until almost all outs are soaked. put in microwave for 1:45 take out add tsp butter and and table spoon of between sugar. stir pray and eat. amen!
