Chocolate in the morning is Great, I make a great triple chocolate oatmeal, cocoa powder, dark chocolate with next to no sweetener, and a oenir butter that has cocoa as wel.. so delicious

Hi Darek, I have tried the vegan recipes before for a whole week, Carbs: 60%, Fat: 20%, and Protein: 20%. I have noticed that my digestive system become better. I like it, but I feel that even when I am so full, I feel so weak compared to when I eat meat. Is there any suggestion to fix that?
You’re killing it in the kitchen! Your videos help a lot of people to see that living a whole food plant based lifestyle can work amazing even as an active person who puts healthy stress workouts on the menu. I’m starting to prep for a half marathon and more and I often reference this channel. Those muffins will do a lot for the long runs without the crazy crashes from eating processed foods/sugars. Thanks again for giving hope to us 40+ active people!

What is the deal with fearing chocolate, yes, it's not a healthy fat but c'mon it has so many anti-oxidants, especially if you use 80+ % dark choc …the muffins probably turned out with about 3 chips in each, why would anyone freak out over that 🙁

I believe the science behind the bigger rise for chocolate chip muffins are the fats from the chocolate. Think of puff pastry. What makes it puffy is the butter (vegan, of course!) between the layers of dough. 🙂

What I am finding out about being vegan is that people hate the idea of it according to character around it. Just like anything else that strikes others as odd. Anyway I just got more awkward feeling at the creepy skinny vegans malnourished with your video shown among it. https://youtu.be/PJnPZgLHHWQ. It is at the 20 minute mark. I know I am not as good a vegan ambassador as you, while I listen to the researchers discuss results of studies being better in general by being vegan vs. non-vegan data, I see experiences of bad vegan propaganda. All of that makes me desire to act better all around and be less opinionated. Being human really is a trail and error experience for us all. I also saw where a guy had a green tea pill suppliment for a few months then developed liver cancer. Do you take suppliments like creatine or oils?? Just wondering what all the malnourished vegans shown in videos should know that could have done like you.. Obviously less sugar and more exercise.. More amino acids… I hate it that we are labeled awkward from others failing the vegan diet via too much sugar from too many years more than our own uniquely vegan experiences. I don't eat sugar much personally and do suppliment creatine, vegan protein, and oils that are agreed as healthy.
#AMM my husband plays basketball and he has issues with muscle recovery. I'm plant-based and he's about 80% plant-based, is there anything you can recommend in particular that would help with performance and recovery? Would a plant-based protein powder help? Thanks!
