+Tasty … Many thanks for this and your channel. After this, I straight away fried an egg then popped it into crusty, buttered sourdough with freshly ground salt-'n-pepper… tasteeee! Somehow, my mother's fried eggs (back in the 1950s/60s) ended up with lovely crispy brown edges to the 'whites'. Mine never doโbut she always fried in lard, so maybe that was the secret.
Stop with the butter comments. Yes, you've been brainwashed about it, but science has caught up with this (yes, it took way too long). Get over it!
