  • It's not we who are eating it's you who is eating and teasing me with your delicacies 😊

  • The disappointment I experienced when the woman who helped me transition to vegetarianism (before going vegan) went back to eating meat because her "body processes animal protein better" was…great. Thanks for the breakfast chat!

  • I can’t deal with this chewing bs. You have so much to say & you say it well, when you speak. Please stop going for the cheap views. You have too much potential to be wasting it on vapid, moronic views for money.

  • holier than thou crap that vegans like to project when they are vegan. but truth is animals eat plants too and you are taking their plants away and disrupting nature . have you ever thought of that?

  • You don't know what you are talking about. Meat is good. you'll get sick soon enough and probably die sooner. do your research and be smart about it.

  • That was the show of a great appetite!!!! Great vid!!!

  • Mmmm all that food looks so good 😊

  • I guess it can go both ways. I was not vegan but had been thinking about it for some time and then I got sick and found out I had gotten a tick born disease that had caused me to become allergic to all mammal meat so I choose to go plant based and not eat any animals. So far I am loving my food but still get sick just smelling or touching mammal products.

  • I originally went vegetarian for my health. Years later and my health has declined, but I'm still a veg. I live in a house with 2 meat eaters as well. But I admit some people are more interested in fitting in than me. I honestly couldn't care less. **Edit to say it's funny that you said it's not easy being a minority. I'm a black queer woman so like regardless of how i eat I'm not going to fit in, I had to embrace that.

  • Dr. Sebi and Arnold Ehret. Research them. You will heal with their information. Namaste <3

  • Sunny Pepper, lol, sure. You may ave to warm it up, haha.😝

  • Is there any other way for you to talk about these topics that's not a Mukbang? I was very very interested on this topic and have had the hardest time watching this (i have misophonia). Aaaanyhow, I like your thinking. I'm also scared that in the future something makes me go back to eating animals… Hope not.

  • I heard that there's a big community of vegans in Tell Aviv,Israel I really want to go there and experience (at long last) how to not feel like I'm a special case for everyone around me.

  • I agree and disagree (maybe because you didn't fully specify somethings). After watching some of Gojiman's videos I think that people who are leaving a plant-based diet for health reasons really do have physical problems. But going back to eating meat does not fix it. One point where the social aspect comes in is when people, on a vegan diet, tell others they feel bad and the response is to eat some meat. Even if they go to a regular doctor (generally). Where if only a minority ate animal products I think things would be very different. In that case, you go to your friends and say "I have really bad stomach pains" and they say "you should go see a doctor". Then the doctor does some tests and gets to the bottom of it (not assuming it is your odd diet). Just my observation/ hypothesis.

  • I have a chronic disease called sickle cell disease that is genetic and unfortunately no cure but I began my plant based diet because It helps prevent exacerbations and flair ups with my illness, there is nothing I can do to prevent my disease or cure it but it definitely helps with my illness, my circulation, digestion, inflammation and everything, I’ve been vegetarian for 14 years (originally for animals) and once I cut out dairy my health improved significantly thank God but my point is, I know you said it on your video but I feel as though being vegan for health reasons you don’t want tour illness to get worse, you don’t want to take more meds and that is enough motivation, at least for me to stay plant based, of course there are several more reasons..

  • I don't know if it was the way you eat and talk or what…but I couldn't help smile and laugh through the whole video! I enjoyed watching you eat so much, that I got distracted of the topic…is that weird?😏

  • It’s funny I came across this because I’m actually doing a smoothie detox at the moment and I’m also transitioning into full vegan and lately it’s been so hard! It’s like everywhere I go there’s so much more non vegan options. It’s just like you said for me the hardest part about being vegan is the social part. Maybe it’s just because I’m on the detox that I’m having these thoughts lol ughhh 😩

  • I appreciate this. I’m the only vegan I know and it’s hard, especially when going out and socializing.
I’ve been vegan for nearly a year, and recently tried some animal products. I’m still on the vegan train though, and thank you for not bashing those that do veer off and make mistakes. If anything, that experimentation helped me stay on it from here on. I’ve been very guilty of restricting my diet too much for “health,” and noticed that I literally started becoming afraid of most foods. I need to remind myself that it’s okay to eat cooked foods, to eat soy and fake meats, to have bread…and when the world didn’t explode upon me trying an animal product, that fact really hit me. I have a history of disordered eating, and veganism kind of became a mask for my own distorted mindset. The message you put out is so important – hell yeah im still gonna be a vegan, and hell yeah I’m gonna have that slice of toast. When food becomes an obsession, it’s good to re-evaluate things. Too much deprivation leads to failure. Much love ❤️

  • you are soooo right! the other reason is so expensive the meat replacements and the lack of cooking skills or lack of interest or time for cooking. For some people is just easier to fry meat and potatoes and eat with rice. Finish. I will keep on veganism for the love of animals and because is disgusting to eat your loved ones! you are right♡♡♡♡

  • I worked at a bakery for a short time and I was helping a vegan with her mom. I casually mentioned that I was vegan too as I was pointing out her options. She was vegan for about a month or so and I had been for a little under two years. Her mom clearly was having a hard time understanding it and asked me "What's the hardest part about being vegan?" and I paused for a second, and said, "It's not the food at all it's people!" Which is SO SO SO true. It was pathetically easy for me to transition into a vegan diet. So I struggle to imagine others would have a hard time until I realized I am so used to being different and that's so HUGE part of being different.

  • I love your thoughts Rose and watching you eat😂😂 you are a wonderful being❤

  • You are sooo wise little girl 🙂

  • its always the social component, always. the food is easy. eating this way is easy. getting my groceries is second nature. Its having to feel like you're an outsider among your friends that's the toughest part.

  • I saw a comment on another video where the person was upset because their doctor told them they had to eat meat due to their disease. I have the same disease and my doctor was thrilled to hear I went vegan. I think it is important to take care of your health, but I think it is worth the effort to try to find out if you can protect both your health and your ethics.

  • I went vegan because of my health and I don’t care about my health to the extreme. I care about my health of course but not to the extreme I was having health problems as a vegan I just got my blood tested made sure everything was okay and notice I had to eat more during the day and problem fixed.

  • completely agree with you on everything you said even though i'm not 100% vegan yet… but i'm getting there and i'm excited to join the community

  • I cannot believe you are so tiny and can eat all that food!! I am jealous!! Loved the video!!

  • Is Been almost a year of vegan now, yes there’s a lot of time and occasions where I dream about meat. However, if I ever eat meat again I can’t get over the guilt of taking another life. Also I believe I serve a higher purpose. Goooooo vegans!

  • I'm a black coffee drinker now too. Had to cut WAY back on my sugar intake. Glad I did. I love coffee even MORE now!

  • Since I'm vegan I didn't even attempt to go to any restaurants. I also hate mushrooms, I have honey allergy and I have reflux which means I can't eat things because of that. Whenever I went out in the past as a vegetarian I already felt high maintenance. I hate when everyone in the group is looking at me and trying to help me what to eat, as if I was 5 years old 🤦 And what makes me so angry about this is that I NEVER was picky before. However I also don't want to go to a restaurant to eat salad with french fries all the time for like 30 bucks. It just doesn't worth it and kinda ruines the whole experience.
When we go for a family visit I always mealprep the food for myself. But it doesn't help with the fact that people take me as weird and unusual.
Anyway I enjoy eating at home a lot, I love to cook but I sometimes wonder if you can really sustain being a vegan if you can't or don't want to cook.
However if you CAN cook then you can always invite friends, pop some wine, put on some nice music and voila it's even better because for sure you are eating clean and you can even hear what everyone's saying 🙂

  • Your meal looks appetizing. My doctor strongly suggest I take vegetarian B-12 tablets. I’m a proud ovo-vegetarian, my doctor is an internal medicine specialist. Ovo-Vegetarianism is what works for my hereditary health issues. Cage free organic eggs – my choice of eggs. Meat, seafood, and process food kept me in the hospital. I have to say my best friend is a vegan and it was her idea for me to switch my lifestyle to vegetarianism and it helped immensely, but my body was falling short at Protein no matter what I ate or drank. Hence the B-12 and ovo and I’m forever grateful to her. Sorry for the T.M.I.

  • Good on her for fighting what she believes in

  • I agree with you so much. I've been vegetarian for around 13 years now (I was 12 when I started) and that wasn't too hard. But I've been vegan for 4 months now. When I feel like I really want to cheat with cheese or milk, I go on YouTube or Instagram so that I'm surrounded by the vegan community.

  • My son's allergies to eggs and milk led me to veganism. Socially it's almost the same whether you are vegan or have food allergies, the difference is people who choose to be vegan are looked at by most people as being either morally smug or just really picky.

  • Malnutrition is why everyone gives up on a vegan diet.

  • Her scramble is the BOMB!! It's soo good.you don't even know it's not eggs!❤

  • The food looks sooooooooo good.

  • I saw a fly land on your pancakes while you were getting coffee.

  • I've been wondering if I could do those pancakes with just water, thanks. Also they seen to take forever to cook, and they are always gooey in the middle. I can't get them fluffy in the middle.

  • "Balanced Veganism"

There is always beauty in balance. Always.

  • How about looking at it like some people who are on drugs for their Mental Health? Some people stop taking the drugs because they feel better, but of course they aren't better. What if somebody felt better on a vegan diet and thought maybe that helped them, so they could go back to eating meat? You have to really be about the ethics and the environment.

  • I’m vegan for health since 2010, people go vegan for health and change over time for the animal and the environment. So broad statements are not correct for everyone. Personally it’s people who go vegan for fashion. And people who don’t educate them selfs who will fail to stay. Vegan is healthy and easy.

  • Wasn't it that he ate animal products after being on a 35-day unsupervised water fast? He felt better because he actually ate something, I think right? Plus he seems to have a lot of mental health issues anyway.

  • Yes, make a series! You can call it the Breakfast Club 😀
