Dear chef kanak I watched your video how to make Pana cotta . I liked the way you make it. For your kind information l would like to say that the gelatin is a not vegetarian product. I'm sure about it,in western countries they are made from pork skin & bone. I have no idea about in India how they make it. This is my suggestion to you surcharge about gelatin it is veg/non veg. Hi Kanak. This is a beautiful dish. However, if you are vegetarian I just wanted to let you know that gelatin is not vegetarian. It is made out of fish/animal body parts. In its place you can use agar agar powder.
