Loved the recipes!! The besan paratha is quite interesting I can’t wait to try that. I’ve been trying to find something that helps in cutting down the sweetness of the potatoes in the paratha I’m going to add more green chillies next time

A little tip for sattu paratha is for while preparing the sattu mixture add in aam ke aachar ka masala and its oil… it adds an awesome flavor to sattu👍🏽
