I'm curious what whole food plant based no oil sandwich and pita bread you use
I've been vegan for 50 years so I don't understand why you would use a poultry spice in your salad. Isn't the idea of being a vegan to get away from animal products?
I have no ingredients
Looks yummy can't wait to try these recipes
I love this, my favorite sandwich was the first one but I also like the last one pretty much thank you
Why is the salt 🧂 pink
Tempeh has a wang to it! Love it 😉
Tried the tempeh BLT with the cashew-based mayo, and it was delish
I skipped the liquid smoke, and the marinade still tasted great (also used arugula instead of butter lettuce).
i want to go vegan and gluten free, mainly for my issues with eczema, but its hard because I'm young and don't have much say in the food that is bought or what is in the house, plus its more expensive and hand making things is very time consuming for during the school year
Honestly, all
I tried the Chickpea Salad Sandwich with both the tofu-based and the cashew-based vegan mayo. I found the former had the better mayo-like consistency for binding the ingredients, while the latter tasted better (and I needed to use more of it than I did w/ the tofu mayo for some reason). For poultry seasoning I just substituted some sage and thyme (and savoury, I think?). All in all, it worked out quite nicely! I definitely need a bit of sweetness in my [Insert food] salad sandwiches, so I added both grapes and raisins.
I also made the Rainbow Veggie Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious (altho I was lazy and bought my hummus from a Greek(ish) eatery rather than making it myself) – probably the messiest sandwich I've ever eaten lol, but that's mostly my fault for not cutting some of the veggies thinly enough. I used beets (from a can), tomato, butter lettuce, cucumber, carrots, yellow bell pepper, and arugula.
Next up, the tempeh BLT~
I LOVE your channel!! Thank you for sharing!
Grate for me
I literally barely saw this video and went out to make the first sandwich 🥪 so good reminds me of something my mom made growing up 🤤
Woah woah grapes in tuna ? O.o
no offense, but… why most of vegan recipes try so hard do simulate meat? If is not meat, why call it "meat"?
What bread do you us
Is bread vegan though?? I thought they put eggs in it
toasted bread is my path
What bread do you use if you go RAW or VEGAN?
Definitely would rather have my bread toasted…;)
What a great video! Loved it <3
I absolutely LOVE the chickpea chicken salad. So delicious! Thanks!
Am I the only one that hates tempeh 🤢
When I want to make some of these recipes but I miss half of the ingredients.
Slice it in half and open it up for the camera next time
You could mix spirilla in your hummus to make it blue! Although I’m not sure how that would taste 🤔
Omg this chickpea salad!!!!! I'm drooling
LMAO putting a skewer through a chick pea salad sandwich. That’ll definitely Hold em all together
This looks delicious!! I stopped eating tuna and started using chickpeas instead and I think it taste wayyy better than tuna!!
