My guess:
(Cast iron)
1. Cook macaroni in salt water (al dente)
2. Toast some flour in the pan with generous butter
3. Add cheddar to the mixture, melting it
4. Add milk/cream (and more cheese.) Stir till all cheese is melted.
5. Add the macaroni to the cheese sauce, mix
6. Add a stirred egg to the mixture (Make sure it's no too hot so the egg won't cook)
7. Top with cheese and cook in low heat in the oven till it looks done (350 °F/175 °C)
I would season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, mustard powder, onion powder and garlic powder, and if preferred, thyme or oregano and cayenne pepper.

man this vid made me remember my grandma's Everlasting(search it up if you don't know what it is) and every week she would cook it for us so that's was our food for that day but 3 Years Ago she died beacuse of Breast Cancer…..and i miss hearing my grandma's voice and laugh beacuse her laugh makes me forget about my fears i wonder when im i going to dream about seeing my Grandma again…
