I was vegetarian for 3 years and a couple of months and I just started being vegan again and I love it so much more, it’s way healthier and cruelty free which makes me feel so much better. I stopped being vegan the first time because my dad thought I wasn’t getting enough nutrients but I actually was and I never felt as healthy as I did. But I begged him yesterday if I could be vegan and he said yes so I’m really happy that animals don’t have to suffer so I can eat, I hate that fact that animals die so people can eat

I made the chickpea tacos for lunch today. Didn't have any avocado so I used Trader Joe's Green Goddess dressing and they were delicious.
