How wonderful that your pantry is right there by your working counter! Can't wait for your new house tour. We have been in our new home for over a year and I am still unpacking boxes. In all fairness, the boxes I am unpacking are from a rental storage shed (10' x 10'). We moved from a 2600 sq. ft. home to a 960 sq. ft. home so quite an adjustment but we don't have children at home and wanted to downsize. You do a wonderful job with your home and family. When you are young and have to do so much with work, children, husband and home it gets overwhelming. Learn to take time for yourself even if you just drive to a park ALONE and sit and breathe or read. If you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of others. Take it from someone your grandmother's age.

A yummy thing I do with my baked potatoes. I don't poke holes in them but I get a saucer and put olive oil in it and sprinkle it with course salt, roll the potatoes in it then after placing it in the air fryer I sprinkle the top with parsley flakes 😍😍😍😍 skin is good and crispy and salty and flavorful. Oh My Goodness!!!! A must
