Hey, Stacy! Lol, An'Tim! Gotta go with Tim's taco salad, Tuesday evening. Another good week for meals for you folks. I am working on beans, greens, and chicken thighs cooked with a spicy cherry salsa ( bought at a farmstand up the road a piece, a while back) this evening. Stacy, my chia crackers turned out a mite less than delectable, but I am going to try again. How hard can it be to add water to seeds to form goo, spread the goo on a tray, and wait for it to dry, right? (Wrong) These multipot appliances are really heavy, so if your hands/wrists are causing you grief it is smart to find a different way to make your meal. Anyway, onward! Another week, Holy Week no less, awaits. Looking forward to seeing your finished crosses!

Hey Stacy, Everything looked great. Not familiar with where you live, but you said you were under tornado watch and would be in the closet. Do you guys not have a basement? Or lower level that you can go to? And if no basement, is that typical in your area? It's freezing here today, rained all nite (please we don't need anymore for a while). And it was cold enough this morning that it spit snow for about 30 minutes. And it's going to be 70 tomorrow. Well, the rest of the week is in the high 60's -70's. As always, if you don't like the weather in STL just wait 24 hours and it will be the exact opposite. I hope your wrist gets better soon, or at least go to the doctor and have them take a look at it. Kathy.
