Try using Lambrusco red wine instead of cooking wine for much better flavor – Just a suggestion from a FORMER cooking wine user. Love your videos and save many of them for use.

I have never had a fried steak in my entire life, and I am no spring chicken. I love mushrooms with my steak. Beautiful, Gina. I made those apples for my nephew and served hot with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (prefer). Kids love it and ask for it. It's kind of my go to treat when I have nothing sweet. If I'm in a rush I just nuke them with brown sugar and butter.
