I'm so happy that you eat even more plant-based now. Personally, I'm like 95% vegan (but 100% vegetarian), sometimes my mum makes dinner with sprinkled cheese on top and yeah, that's all. So I'm really glad that you didn't include any meat in this video. It's a detail, but I love it 💞
Frozen berries are actually way fresher than the ones you can get in the produce section. When the berries are harvested, they are frozen right away, so they usually are not affected by the transport to the stores, they won't lose any vitamins, etc. While the fruit and berries you get in the produce section (especially the ones from different countries) get all sorts of damage from the transportation.
Edit: before anyone says anything: I know frozen stuff doesn't taste that great, but it's very good for smoothies, cake frostings, jam/jelly/marmelade, blablabla. Frozen veggies are great for cooking.

I gained 40 lbs last year and I've lost 30 lbs now from healthy eating and exercise! there's one thing I still need help with and that is how to effectively get rid of stretch marks from weight gain. Liezl, if you struggled with this can you do a video on that? btw you are so inspiring!

Avoid canned stuff esp if ur using them regularly, slowly u will develope lead poisoning in ur body. Try to cook all ur beans by boiling them in low fire. Once in a while its ok to use just not daily.
