Gelatin and agar agar are NOT the same because gelatin sets cold while agar agar sets at room temperature. Just letting you all know. Also, this would taste even better with real leaves.
This my most favorite dessert

the taste is even better if you use the buko juice in the gelatine instead of water and add knot of pandan leaves as you boil the mixtures.
My favorite little snacks from the Philipines is the pandan "cakes".They are pandan flavored fluffy cakes that are tiny.

Hello there.
This may be a comment that's been made before but it's important to note that agar agar and jello are NOT the same thing at all as agar agar is a algae/vegetable-type product and the gelatin in jello is made from animal bones and skins. Could be an important difference for any vegetarians out there.
are you filipino
