  • Yum, they look delicious. I'm waiting for slightly cooler weather and going to do some veg soups. I am not a vegan but love vegetables! Broccoli I enjoy and just pile it up on my plate lol. Haven't had much lately as I did raw veg salads mainly over summer. I also grew to love brussel sprouts, especially baked with garlic, so good! I also enjoy lentils, beans etc but struggle with ideas to use them, will try a few ideas.

  • They all looked super yummy to me Eve! I am going to try your curry one for sure and as homemade soup is a favorite in our home, I will be making your version of a very healthy and hearty soup! I will let you know how my grandkids enjoy them, as both are lovers of veggies of all sorts , but especially broccoli and anything green. Could you tell me what it was that you sprayed on one of the meals ? Although we could only catch a little glimpse of possum, it was still a treat to hear her chatting along with you…I honestly could listen to her chatter all day long. I love also how you include her in the process, engaging her and validating her little comments! At the end I was thinking how comical it must have been trying to do the voiceover while she wanted to put on all her new panties!! She's obviously very excited to be wearing her big girl underwear, which hopefully will mean she will potty train sooner than later. Take care dear ones and keep smiling. Hugs to you and possum….just me…Kiki. 🌻🌼🌸🌺😁❤️

  • KLH

I could listen to your little girl chatter away all day! Hearing her always brings a smile to my face.

  • Can you please tell me what the soy protein spray was that you used, all I get when I google that is protein powders 🥺

  • Eve, what were you spraying on the salad dish? We are not vegan but plant based and cutting up veggies is quite time consuming so we cut up veggies that we use regularly all at once (or enough for a few days) and using jarred garlic is helpful when you need to pump them meals out! But nothing beats the taste of fresh garlic of course!
Actually have you tried roasting a whole heap of veggies and just keeping them in the fridge to throw in to a “Buddha bowl” or a curry or mashing?

  • Yum can’t wait for you to teach us some of these recipes ❤️❤️

  • Yum all the recipes looked delicious definitely going to try them for my family thank you for sharing.

  • Food looks great. I need a cook like the possum does. Applications for the position are open (hint hint LOl)

  • I do garlic like that too, but never peeled mushrooms.

  • Yum. Everything looked quite tasty! And so very healthy. I have never tried the yeast that you sprinkled on top. I'll have to give it a try. Eve, I couldn't tell whether or not you used the broccoli stalk, but if not try it sometime. I absolutely LOVE peeling and eating broccoli, green cabbage and cauliflower stalks. Sometimes I add them to what I'm cooking and sometimes I treat myself and eat them raw with a touch of salt or seasoning. Love to you both. XOXOXO
