the stir fry way of preparing Tofu is my signature recipe. tossing it in cornstarch is a game changer!! I add nutritional yeast and spices too. sometimes I coat it in polenta.

I don't think you know much about tofu. Stop treating tofu like chicken, like seriously, u can totally substitute the tofu into chicken in those three recipes and can still work out.
BTW Plz tofu do have flavor. It has this beautiful taste of yellow beans, which tofu made from. The 3 recipes uve cooked, all has strong flavor and it covers the natural taste of the main ingredient. The recipes will just end up with dishes taste like the sauce u use.
Also, that's some really low quality tofu u got there. High quality tofu suppose to have a clean surface, so smooth that it can reflect light. And more fragile than jelly.
Horrible recipes to introduce for the main ingredient as tofu.
