I've grown to love. This channel!
I use zucchini noodles all the time, typically in traditional Japanese dishes. They can replace soba or ramen noodles easily, and the flavor is oftentimes not at all noticeable. Recommending it highly for Keto noodles.
ENJOYED!! I saute zucchini noodles in olive oil…..once it's water is reduced…..I let the noodles char a bit….add panko & fresh parmesean…s&p of course. Yummy.

2:48 well, I don't think it work that way scientifically speaking. I do agree that frisp (awesome name btw) would absorb the oil. But salt being insoluble in oil means that it would just stuck on the surface and not absorbed by the frisp.
