Hey dear. Polenta is a tipical Romanian cousine, we call it mamaliga. So glad that you tried it. It sooo good with just cheese and sour cream. And just make sure that it's cooked from like 10m on low for the corn flour not to be raw. But I'm proud of you that you tried it. Made my day! Kisses from Romania 😍😍😍

There are a couple reasons I don't choose to get Hello Fresh or any of these boxes, but I love that you can go to their website and get the recipe. So you can still make the recipe without subscribing to get the box, which I think is really great. I have made a couple of their recipes before, and they are yummy. All of their recipes look so good!
