Mmmm, that too looks good. I can't add another gadget to my countertop. I have tried a similar recipe with my George Foreman Grill, but baste my salmon with a ginger teriyaki & topped with toasted sesame seeds.

This came out beautifully! Just curious, but in this case, what exactly is the difference between air frying the salmon and cooking it in the oven? Seems like it has the same cook time, but does it come out more tender maybe in the air fryer? I think air fryers are so cool and I really want to get one!
