Here in NZ we don’t have any shredded potato – our hash browns are literally just those potato cake things. Too bad I can’t make this 😪

You should try the engine2 hummus while you’re in the US! It’s the best oil free hummus I’ve ever had and they have a lot of different flavours
we don't have oil free shredded potato here, could a grated potato work the same?
