Well done, successfully folded the egg on the toasted bread. It could be tastier if nothing added to eggs except chopped green chilli + finely chopped onion and salt. Finely chopped green chilli and finely chopped onions + salt could be half-mashed ( chotkano) before adding eggs. Flour, turmeric, red & black chilli powder has taken away the taste of eggs, turned it into a egg curry bread fry – to me ruined the recipe.
