Im a sucker for fruits in my salads, whether they are dried (cranberries, raisins) or fresh with spinach and leafy lettuce and grilled chicken! Apples and tangerines are awesome too 🤤 making my mouth water😍 im going to have to try at least one of these this summer!

I also have a suggestion! As summer is coming up, maybe you and your team could make a video about homemade sorbets? I have an ice cream machine, but I don't know what to make. Maybe you could make some interesting flavor combinations? Personally, I really love them. (Lemon & basil is my absolute favorite!) Thanks! 🙂
These salads definitely look awesome, and they must be delicious. But If I'm mixing fruits with other foods, especially meat it's going to cause some fermentation and gas in the gut.

What can we substitute prosciutto with?
Oooh my fave fruity salad is cooked grated beetroot with fresh blueberries and feta cheese. Add a simple balsamic and maple syrup vinaigrette…delicious!!!!
