I am vegan and I only recently came across your channel. I was wondering, are you vegan? Maybe I'm being really stupid but I can't tell. lol
I made this once before, but didn't get the beans right. The rice was delicious however! I can't wait to make these with the beans to see how it would taste. We haven't had any questionable outbreaks in Chiptole in our state, but you never know. I don't like the way they don't cover their food while serving! It is too delicious to give up completely though.

Chipotle has that red vinaigrette dressing on the side that tastes rather good too. I wonder if they have a recipe for that online.
