How do you pack warm food on the go? My husband works outside and has no access to a microwave to warm up food. How can you keep food warm for when it is cold outside?
One thing I do that's extremely helpful is having veggies that steam easily in the microwave on hand (e.g. chopped kale, cherry tomatoes, spinach). I'll lay that down as a base, add some balsamic vinegar/oil, and then some protein I cooked the night before on top. When you heat up your lunch in the microwave it'll steam the veggies while the meat reheats. I know microwaves are a little taboo but you it's an efficient, easy, and healthy packed lunch. Having a pre cooked grain on hand each week is also a big help when it comes to packed lunches too.
It is not weird to bring a lunch to work. At my office I'd estimate at least 1/3 of people bring lunch. I bring mine about 50% of the time.

Cooking makes me feel better when I’m sad. So I often find myself baking a cake at 4 in the morning

You inspired me to take packed lunch and food on the go. Your right about the container. In the past I am sure that’s what discourage me to take things on the go. I really admire that you take food on the go. I also like the freeze bag because I can put all the little container in 1 place. I also like little pots for sauce. Your right about time. My mum I try to cook for the week but I must admit I only cook 1 thing for the week so I need more variety. I love some tips on this.
2 minutes in and no actual content yet… giving up
Tupperware isn't the actual company?
what a load of crap this "absorbing kharma" nonsense .
A salad tip I got from a coworker: pack your salads with the dressing and toppings at the bottom of the container. This prevents the pressure of the toppings damaging the salad leaves. I tried it and it worked really well for me, even with not so hardy salad leaves.

Cooking is the highest form of art. We bring our Picasso to the table… and like a sand castle … its gone in 15 minutes. What bigger compliment to your art than people are willing to eat it and make it part of them.
What yogurt comes in that jar?
Ty soooo much for sharing this vid! The vending machine at work is outrageous and i only get 30 min…so running to fast food joint isn't always a good choice. Been looking for ways to pack lunch for work. Thanks again.
Love your content BUT the flying hands make me dizzy. Sorry I cannot watch.
My daughter has grown up eating what I eat, so she loves variety and when we have to eat the same thing (leftovers) 3 days in a row, I absolutely have to change it a little to get her to eat it. So its not all kids 🙂
How about snacks I can take in my backpack to the library. No oven in sight. Just quick tasty energy.

Hey, I noticed your cookware…Can you make a video about cookware choices?
Yeah packed lunches are great. I need more small containers. I kind of went nuts with medium Pyrex containers and large ones. Now I need some small ones for preparing snacks. I don’t always have a great deal of space in the fridge. So I am always looking for solutions and how to organize things a bit better.
i love him but did he just assume that the entire audience was straight XD
The best video ever, so informative. Thanks so much, your awesome
I’m a night nurse (I’ve been on the night shift for a month) and I still have no idea what I’m supposed to eat in the middle of the night on my break. For the last month I’ve just slept in my break but I end up eating only two meals a day which isn’t great. Meal prep is difficult because I work every other weekend ans my day off is never the same during the week so the number of days I need to cook for are different as well…boyfriend has a regular schedule. (So I wake up and should eat breakfast but he eats supper) How do I pull that off?
