  BTW, recently I tried making fried Calzone, but I think that the oil was too hot, so that the pizza-dough got brown outside but raw inside =(
  I need to buy a thermometer and have the oil at around 190 degrees Celcius, I heard from an Italian pizza-baker that that's the good temperature to fry pizza-dough.
