So I never really thought about it but most of Indian cuisine is pretty much vegan. And we don't use any of the fancy ingredients.
I think you should try out a series or something where you try to make Indian food because a. It's pretty dang delicious and packed with flavour b. It's so versatile c. It's really really easy!
