I have never cooked Chinese food.
I think that this recipe will be my first one.
gotta get the items first.
looks great.
no cream used? what a shame…
It really doesn't look right!
is the rice wine Shao xing or other Rice wine
just made this with chicken drumsticks instead of breast. if you dont like too much spicyness then dont add the hot oil. trust me, this thing is salt spicy juicy heaven already. but definitely use breast. makes it way easier to eat
just made this for myself for the first time yesterday it was awesome… love this channel thanks mate :)

I like the ideas of potatoes in 3-cup chicken. I'm a vegan, so I don't have chicken, but potatoes seem like a wonderful alternative
You put hot oil in EVERYTHING lmao
A lil bit of history and a great food
Use boneless chicken thigh! Even bone-in thigh only has one main bone :)
