Since you have the chia seeds and cacao you should try chia pudding. Sooooo good.

when you added the water, swap that for almond milk. I bet it would be creamier.

LOL with the avocado mousse, you're supposed to eat it right away, otherwise the avocado ripens too much while it's left sitting! The other recipes look great though, definitely going to try out that cheesecake, looked sooo yummy!

I would replace the water in the pineapple ice cream with coconut milk. I would also freeze my own pineapple and make sure it is a ripe and sweet one.
