Here is the recipe:
4 Pounds (64 Ounces) Chicken Breast
1 Red Onion
1 Can (10.75 Ounces/305g) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon & Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (or 3 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
6 Ounces (160g) Mushrooms
2 Large Sweet Potatoes
2 Russet Potatoes
12 Ounces (340g) Carrots
2 Cups (16 Ounces) Water
1 Packet (24g) Onion Gravy Mix
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Calories: 3561
Fat: 33g
Saturated Fat: 1g
Sodium: 4039mg
Carbs: 360g
Fiber: 52g
Sugar: 86g
Protein: 456g
Calories per Bowl (if you make 10):
Calories: 356
Fat: 3.3g
Saturated Fat: .1g
Sodium: 403.9mg
Carbs: 36g
Fiber: 5.2g
Sugar: 8.6g
Protein: 45.6g
Chop up your Red Onion, Sweet Potatoes, Russet Potatoes, Carrots, and Mushrooms (if you want them chopped). Cut your Chicken Breasts into 1 inch pieces. Combine all of your ingredients into the slow cooker. Mix everything together. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Mouthgasm!
Tips: Use a Reduced Sodium Onion Gravy Mix Packet to cut down on the sodium a bit!

he recipe looks FANTASTIC, but is there an alternative for the cream of mushroom can and gravy powder. i feel they are highly processed with MSG and TONS of sodium.
Can i use kitchen stove instead of slow cooker? Cuz i dont have one
Question, the stew makes around 10 serving portions, and you would have to refrigerate it all, but surly eating stew cold is not everyone's cup of tea, so how would you heat your portion up, I'm quite hesitate reheating chicken in the microwave as it can be a bit dodgy.

I was struggling for inspiration and it was 70year old MUM who we just hooked up to the Internet revolution with an iPad, who you tubed and found you. ???? She thought because you have tattoos and muscles then it fits perfect with me so she put me onto you. Great channel buddy. I'm a new fan. Aye you meat head. (Kidding) can i use this recipe even if I'm trying to cut weight? I weigh at 225 from weighing at 249 at the start of february on a full stomach I'm like at 228-230. I lift light weights and started doing cardio like swimming. I got tired of eating ground turkey and chicken breast. And I want to expand my varieties.

oh thank God I found you sir I thought diet food would mean either soup, salads or smoothies and not normal food like this I love slow cookers and own three of them looking to get a fourth very busy family and school life have literally 2 days to prep for meals for the week and this helps a thon thank you.
what would a person starting out in muscle building need ? as I wouldn't need the amount you do yourself or the protein will turn to fat won't it if my body doesn't need to use it ? 🙂

I tried this the other night. I was so excited, but it really didn't work well for me. It smelled good, but rather than having everything combine together into a nice chunky stew, I wound up with tough chicken sitting in a thin broth. Any idea what might have gone wrong?
